YOUTH TRACK & FIELD FUN MEET

Co-ed age groups are 4-6, 7-8, 9-10 & 11-12
Introduce your child to the sport of Track & Field in a
supportive and semi-competitive atmosphere where all
contenders are winners. The fun meet is designed to expose
young runners to all facets of the sport by participating in
non-intimidating warm-up exercises, track and field events.
MLB® PITCH, HIT & RUN™
SKILLS COMPETITION
Sunday, Jun. 11, 2023
Boys and girls compete separately in four
age groups. There is no cost to compete.
The MLB Pitch Hit & Run skills program
provides boys and girls, ages 7-14, the
opportunity to showcase their pitching, hitting
& running abilities in one of two divisions:
baseball or softball. Participants will have the
opportunity to compete in pitching, hitting,
and running to advance to a sectional
competition and then a chance to advance to
the team championship at a Major League
Baseball pro stadium. We encourage youth
five and six to enjoy the event, but they will not
be eligible to win; this age group may compete
independently or accompany eligible siblings
during their scheduled time but must register.
ABC TRAIL HUNT
Thursday, Aug. 17, 2023
Ages 2-5 years old. $2 per child
ABC Trail Hunt is a fantastic game similar to "I Spy" that sets
players on a hunt at the Fen Nature Preserve to find hidden
letters. Enjoy this fun game with your preschooler, bring
backpacks or strollers for young children. Enjoy activities and
storytime at the end of the trail. Join us at the Fen at 1500
Jefferson St., Lake in the Hills. Pre-registration is required for
each participant. The event is from 10:00 am- 11:00 am.
Registration deadline is 3 days prior to the start of the event
