The Village would like to keep you informed of projects occurring in our parks. Please visit regularly, as this
information will be updated. New information for the Fall include Focus Group Interest forms for upcoming
park redevelopment projects and an update on the Parks Master Plan. The purpose of a Parks Master Plan is
to provide a comprehensive framework for the development and management of the Village’s parks and
amenities. Master Plans outline a long-term vision and goals for the park system, identify the needs and desires
of the community, and provides guidance on how to achieve those goals. The plan serves as a roadmap for
decision-makers, stakeholders, and staff to guide future investments in our parks and programming, while
ensuring that the community's needs are met. Stay tuned for opportunities to share your input to help shape
the future of Lake in the Hills park and open space. Go here to see!
