Join us for a lovely day filled with the best Winnebago
County destinations! We will have a unique experience at
the Sand Bluff Bird Observatory banding station, shop the
Northern Illinois vintage shops, and have lunch together
(tentatively at Fatt Cat Café in Rockton). Transportation via
14 passenger bus. Heavy walking / standing during this trip.

HISTORIC SPRINGFIELD, IL

Come with us to see the beautiful and historic capitol
of Springfield, IL. We will start our day on a motor
coach and travel our way south. Upon arrival, we will
enjoy the Lincoln Museum. We will then lunch at
Maldaner’s, est. 1884. Our afternoon continues as we
explore the Lincoln Home and Neighborhood tour. A
final tour of our State Capitol with its 405 foot dome
and Renaissance Revival style will round out our
Springfield experience. Registration deadline 4/10.
