Cooking School at The Weber Grill
Thursday, July 24, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm $150
Grilling with friends and family is a lifestyle enjoyed across generations. From
backyard barbeques to gourmet dinners, the name Weber has been synonymous
with great outdoor entertainment for over 65 years. On this trip, you will have a
first-hand part of the Weber expertise and passion for grilling within their threeseason enclosed patio at the Cooking School by Weber Grill. Upon arrival, start
with delicious grill fired pizza and blue cheese stuffed mushrooms, followed by a
choice of cedar plank salmon, smoked Carolina Glazed Pork Chops, Grilled Bistro
or Steak (a Vegetarian option is available on request) Each meal is served with
roasted garlic mashed potatoes, grill roasted Green Beans, pretzel rolls with
whipped cheddar butter and for dessert grilled pound cake with roasted fruit.
Coffee, tea, soft drinks and gratuity are included the cost of registration.
Moderate walking involved. Transportation via LITH bus. Registration deadline

Then we meet at the Metropolis for the performance. ABOUT THE SHOW:

begins. U.S. Army Captain Jack Ludwig writes to Louise Rabiner, an aspiring
actress in New York City, but the expanding war threatens to separate them
permanently. This energetic, heartwarming comedy is infused with nostalgic
nods to the era’s music, theater, and literature. Inspired by the true, WWII-era
courtship of his parents, Tony Award-winning playwright Ken Ludwig fills Dear

sky-high adventure, we’ll walk next door to Water Tower Place, Chicago’s
premier shopping destination. Its stunning seven-level atrium features more
than 60 of your favorite stores and restaurants plus a mix of distinctive
specialty shops and boutiques. Purchase lunch on your own at Water Tower.
